1. Pricing & Payment

Nucifera Global provides custom pricing tailored to each client’s specific needs, scope, and transformation goals. We do not publish fixed prices.
Our pricing process:
- We conduct an initial consultation to understand your requirements
- We prepare a personalized proposal outlining scope, deliverables, and investment
- Pricing is agreed upon before any work commences
1.2 Payment Methods
We accept payments via secure credit card processing. Payments may be made in multiple currencies as agreed in your service proposal.
1.3 Taxes
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (VAT, sales tax, etc.). You are responsible for all taxes associated with your purchase, as detailed in our Terms of Service.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. Deposits secure your engagement and allow us to allocate resources to your project.
2.2 Prepaid Services
Refunds for unused prepaid services are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Factors considered include:
- Amount of work already completed
- Resources allocated to your project
- Time elapsed since payment
2.3 Completed Work
No refunds are issued for completed deliverables that meet the specifications outlined in your service agreement.

3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 Client-Initiated Cancellation
You may cancel your engagement at any time by providing written notice to [email protected].
Upon cancellation:
- Work completed up to the cancellation date will be invoiced
- Any deposits paid are non-refundable
- Deliverables completed and paid for will be provided to you
- Ongoing or scheduled work will cease after a reasonable wind-down period
3.2 Nucifera-Initiated Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend an engagement if:
- Payment obligations are not met within the agreed timeframe
- The client materially breaches the service agreement
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent service delivery (force majeure)
In the event of Nucifera-initiated cancellation:
- We will provide reasonable notice
- You will only be charged for work completed
- Any prepaid amounts for undelivered work will be refunded
4. Service Delivery & Fulfillment
4.1 How Services Are Delivered
Nucifera Global delivers services remotely. Our business transformation services — including Nucifera Source, Nucifera Systems, and Nucifera Flow — are provided through:
- Virtual consultations and strategy sessions
- Remote implementation and system setup
- Digital deliverables (documents, frameworks, dashboards, automations)
- Ongoing remote support and communication
4.2 Timelines
Service delivery timelines are determined on a per-engagement basis and agreed upon in each client’s service agreement or statement of work. There are no standardized delivery timeframes, as each transformation is tailored to the client’s unique situation and goals.
4.3 Delays
If delivery is delayed due to circumstances on our end, we will notify you promptly and work to minimize impact. Delays caused by client responsiveness, approvals, or information provision do not constitute a breach of our delivery obligations.
