SKD (Silindir Kutu Diyarı) makes spiral-wound paper packaging tubes in Gümüşhacıköy for cosmetics, food, and consumer-goods brands, FSC-certified and compliant with ISO 9001 and ISO 22000. The product was export-ready. What sat ahead was the commercial machine to sell it across a border. Nucifera Global ran five services as one team. We built the pipeline, brokered the anchor European buyer Kompak Nederland BV, and ran the marketing, operations, technology, and finance underneath. Same founder, same factory, same product, with a full operating layer behind it, and every final call still the founder's.
