The companies we run, and what changed once we ran them.
Where each company started, the services we took on across sales, marketing, sourcing, operations, technology, and finance, and the results that followed.
How SKD opened Europe without hiring anyone.
SKD (Silindir Kutu Diyarı) makes spiral-wound paper packaging tubes in Gümüşhacıköy for cosmetics, food, and consumer-goods brands, FSC-certified and compliant with ISO 9001 and ISO 22000. The product was export-ready. What sat ahead was the commercial machine to sell it across a border. Nucifera Global ran five services as one team. We built the pipeline, brokered the anchor European buyer Kompak Nederland BV, and ran the marketing, operations, technology, and finance underneath. Same founder, same factory, same product, with a full operating layer behind it, and every final call still the founder's.
We name clients with their consent and keep the rest anonymous.
Talk to us about a result like this →A full catalogue, two factories, and a live store, built before the first order.
A US founder arrived with a brand to build and the ambition to launch fast and clean. Nucifera Global built the sourcing and launch operation end to end. That meant 166 products across seven categories with two coordinated manufacturers, a barcode system under every variant, and an online store wired to third-party logistics so orders could flow the day the brand opened. The founder kept the brand and every assortment decision. We ran the machine that put it on a shelf.
One custom textile order grew into the procurement function behind six properties.
The group came to Nucifera Global with a single custom textile order and the ambition to source directly from the supplier country without standing up a procurement office there. We delivered that first order on spec, then became the procurement team they did not have to hire. Today Nucifera Global runs their supply network across six properties, tech pack to delivery, holding spec and timing on every order while the group sets the standard and signs off on every sample.
A go-to-market function and the operating procedures underneath it, designed and ready to run.
An established parking operator is bringing a software product to market and wanted a real commercial engine behind it from day one. Nucifera Global designed and scoped that engine: the go-to-market function, the sales and marketing motion, and the operating procedures that keep them running once customers arrive. The work is built and the launch is ahead. The operator keeps the product and the final call on how it reaches the market.
Retail built alongside direct-to-consumer, from one catalogue.
A personal-care brand with a healthy direct-to-consumer base set out to add a retail channel without slowing the online side or losing margin. Nucifera Global ran sourcing, operations, and finance so both channels work from one catalogue, tightened the supply chain to hold price as volume rose, and built the pipeline into retail buyers. The brand kept its formulas, its people, and its shelf decisions. We ran the commercial machine that scaled them.
An export channel, a certification library, and the logistics to ship it.
A specialty-food producer with strong domestic demand wanted to sell into the EU on its own terms. Nucifera Global built the export channel end to end. That meant the buyer pipeline, the certification library every European procurement team asks for, and the logistics and documentation to move product across the border cleanly. We ran sales, sourcing, operations, and finance behind it while the producer kept the recipes and the brand.
A domestic maker turned into a cross-border supplier.
A home-goods manufacturer with a solid domestic business set out to win export accounts in the UK and EU. Nucifera Global built the export sales channel, ran the operations to fulfil against tighter cross-border timelines, and put the finance discipline in place to price and invoice across currencies. The owner kept the factory, the catalogue, and every commercial decision that mattered.
