Frequently Asked Questions
How one team runs your day-to-day, what it costs, and what you keep.
A growth partner is one senior team hired for an outcome, not a deliverable. The two words carry the definition. Growth is the outcome we are hired for: more sales, tighter operations, a company worth more than when we started, which is why we run the work rather than advise on it, operating sales, marketing, sourcing, operations, technology, and finance as live workstreams on SOPs, procedures, and the right tooling. Partner means the company stays yours. You keep the product, the people, and the final call. If you have searched for a fractional executive or an outsourced operations team, this is the same problem solved with a different shape. We are one team that runs the whole day-to-day across those six services, instead of one part-time leader or a stack of vendors.
We are one senior team that runs the day-to-day of an owner-led company. Sales, marketing, sourcing, operations, technology, and finance all sit with the same team and on the same operating system, so the parts of your business that usually live in separate heads work as one. You stay the owner and the decision-maker. We carry the day-to-day weight that has grown past what one person can hold. Because the work lives in the system and in written procedures, not in one person's head, it keeps running steadily.
An agency owns one slice (ads, or a website, or a logistics contract) and optimizes that slice in isolation. A fractional executive gives you a few hours of senior attention in one service and leaves you to connect it to everything else. A growth partner works differently. Nucifera Global is one team accountable for the whole day-to-day at once. Sourcing talks to finance, marketing talks to sales, and operations sees all of it, because it is the same people working from one shared picture. You get one point of accountability instead of a roster of vendors you have to coordinate yourself.
Plan is a fixed-scope diagnostic. We study how your six services actually work today, find what is holding growth back, and hand you a written blueprint you keep, whoever ends up building it. It is a fixed fee from $6,000 depending on scope, and it is credited back if you proceed. From the Plan you have a fork, not a ladder. You can take the blueprint in-house, have us Build, or have us Run. Build is a one-time project. We construct the operation on tools you control, train your team, and hand over ownership. You own it. Build is scoped from your Plan, so the figure fits what the work actually takes. Run is the same services living on our engine, month to month. We do not just advise. We operate, and you stay the decision-maker. Run is a monthly retainer, sized to how many services we run. If you ever leave, the exit handover is itself a Build, so there is always a defined way to own it. Most owners start with the Plan to see the full picture, then either Build an owned operation or have us Run the services that matter most.
Six: sales, marketing, sourcing, operations, technology, and finance. You do not have to take all six. We run the ones where the gap between where you are and where you want to be is widest, and we keep the rest coordinated so nothing falls between the cracks. The blueprint from the Plan usually makes the right starting set obvious.
Every engagement starts with a Plan: a fixed fee from $6,000, set by scope before we start and credited back if you proceed. From there you fork to Build or Run, each scoped from what the Plan finds, so the figure fits the work instead of a list price. There are no hidden setup charges and no per-vendor markups. The Plan tells us exactly what Build or Run should cost, and we put that number to you after a short conversation about scope.
No. We work alongside the people you already have and make them more effective. Your team keeps doing what they do well. We take on the services you have no one for, or the ones that have outgrown a single person, and we give everyone one shared system to work from. The goal is to lift the ceiling on what your existing team can deliver, not to hollow it out.
Nucifera-BOS is the operating system we run on. In a Run engagement, we run your day-to-day on it behind the scenes, so the processes, numbers, and standards that used to live in your head and your spreadsheets work as one. Nothing depends on one person remembering how it is done. If you want to run it yourself, it is becoming a separate product, with a waitlist at bos.nucifera.app.
The Plan delivers a complete blueprint on a timeline fixed before we start. Once a Build or Run begins, the first wins come from putting paused work back into motion, and the deeper gains build as each service settles into a working operation. We will be specific about the timeline for your situation before you commit, rather than promising a number we cannot stand behind.
It depends on how we worked together. From a Plan, the blueprint is yours. From a Build, the systems are built on tools you control, and you own and run them. From a Run, you keep the outcomes, the reports, your data and records, the supplier terms, and the playbooks, while the engine itself stays ours, since Run is us operating it for you. If you want to run the engine yourself, that is a separate product at bos.nucifera.app. Either way, you leave more independent than when we arrived, never more dependent on us.
Owner-led SMEs, roughly 10 to 250 people and $1M to $25M in revenue, where a capable founder has built something that works and is now running into the limit of what one person can hold. If you are scaling past that point and want a senior team to carry the day-to-day, sales through finance, with you, this is built for you.
