Data we collect
- Forms you submit: your name and email, plus the service interest and message you include when you contact us.
- Newsletter: your email address, and any topics you choose.
- Automatically: aggregate, non-personal usage data through our self-hosted, cookieless analytics: pages viewed, referrer, browser, device, and country-level location (no IP stored). This may include session replays with form inputs masked, so no personal data is captured.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiries, send the newsletter you subscribed to, improve the website, and prevent abuse.
Legal basis
We process data based on your consent, our legitimate interest in running the website, and our legal obligations.
Service providers
We use third-party providers for transactional email, newsletter delivery, bot protection, and cookieless analytics. A full list is available on request. We do not sell, rent, or share your data for marketing.
Your rights
- EU/EEA (GDPR): access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, objection, and withdrawal of consent; you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
- Türkiye (KVKK, Art. 11): the rights granted under the Personal Data Protection Law, including to learn whether your data is processed, request correction or deletion, and object to automated decisions.
- United States: where applicable (e.g. CCPA), the right to know, delete, and opt out of any sale. We do not sell your data.
Retention
We keep data only as long as needed: form submissions for the duration of the inquiry or relationship, newsletter data until you unsubscribe, and analytics in aggregate (any session replays for up to 90 days).
