Is there a minimum order?
It depends on the product and the factory. Tell us what you need and we will come back with a quote that fits, including the order size that works.
How do you make sure the quality is right?
You approve a physical sample first, and we inspect each stage of production against it. Nothing ships until the batch matches what you signed off.
What certifications can you provide?
We match your order to a factory in our network that already holds what your product calls for, such as OEKO-TEX, GOTS, BSCI, GRS, or ISO. The documents come with your goods.
Who protects my designs and tech pack?
Your designs and tech packs stay yours. We contract confidentiality down the chain to the factory, and any tooling or molds made for your product belong to you.
How does payment work?
Typically a deposit to begin production and the balance once the goods pass pre-shipment inspection against your approved sample, so your final payment is tied to the quality you signed off.
What happens if the goods are wrong?
You have one counterparty, and that is us. If a batch does not match the sample you approved, we rework or replace it at our cost before you pay the balance, and we sort it out with the factory so it never becomes yours to chase across borders.
