Pricing
Nucifera Global provides custom-priced services scoped to each client. Pricing is set out in a written proposal and agreed before any work begins. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are your responsibility.
Refunds
- Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
- Prepaid, unused services are refundable on a case-by-case basis, considering work already completed and resources allocated.
- Completed deliverables that meet the agreed specification are non-refundable.
To request a refund, contact us with your name, engagement reference, and reason. We respond within 10 business days.
Cancellation
You may cancel an engagement at any time with written notice. On cancellation, work completed up to that date is invoiced, deposits remain non-refundable, and any prepaid amount for undelivered work is refunded.
We may cancel or suspend an engagement if payment obligations are not met, the agreement is materially breached, or circumstances beyond our control prevent delivery. In that case you are charged only for completed work, and any prepaid amount for undelivered work is refunded.
Service Delivery
Services are delivered remotely. Timelines are agreed per engagement; there are no standardized timeframes. Delays caused by client responsiveness or approvals do not constitute a breach of our delivery obligations.
Dispute Resolution
If you have a concern, contact us first and we will work to resolve it. If we cannot, the governing-law and jurisdiction terms in our Terms of Service apply.
